According to Education and Training Reform Amendment (Protection of School Communities) Bill 2021, Victorian schools can prevent aggressive parents from entering into the school ground. This bill  will empower school authorities to issue School Community Safety Orders to parents /carer who are indulged in harmful or abusive behavior. According to this new law, schools can also ban parents who are involved in abusive communication at social media. However schools must ensure the attendance of those students in the school and school activities whose parents have been banned from entering into the school ground under new bill . If someone fails to comply with a School Community Safety Order, an application can be made to the Magistrates’ Court, a civil penalty of up to 60 penalty units, or any other order that the Court considers appropriate.
